"In 2007 I decided I wanted to compete in a body building contest.
So I trained as hard as I could and dieted as hard as I could.
The results speak for themselves as I went on to become the Undisputed Amateur Junior National champion in both the NABBA and IFBB federations.

Needless to say, I love body building but I also love being functional and mobile. To keep mobile and not so "muscle bound" I love training with kettlebells.

The boys from Kettlebell Kingdom have also been a tremendous help in offering the right advice and guidance.
